Vietnamese automaker VinFast has expanded its aftersales services in Europe through a partnership with Mobivia, a prominent local automotive repair and maintenance brand. Mobivia operates 1,200 service centers in France and Germany, making it an established entity in the region. VinFast’s Vice-President Aftersales and Customer Ownership Experience, Jean-Christophe Mercier, expressed confidence in this collaboration, citing Mobivia’s extensive service network and skilled technical team as factors that will enhance customer trust in the VinFast brand.
Mobivia’s portfolio includes partnerships with various brands such as Norauto, Midas, ATU, Auto 5, and Carter-Cast. As part of the agreement, VinFast will ensure that its warranty process, maintenance procedures, and provision of new equipment and accessories align with Mobivia’s standards. Notably, Mobivia provides a 100% maintenance package for electric vehicles and continuously upskills its electro technicians through training in its Academy in Villeneuve d’Ascq, France, while also maintaining specialized EV centers in Germany.

VinFast, which has been actively expanding its international presence, has found a strategic ally in Mobivia to bolster its presence and service offerings in Europe.
