Neuralink Moves Incorporation from Delaware to Nevada, According to Bloomberg

Elon Musk recently conducted a poll asking if Tesla should change its incorporation to Texas, with 90 percent of respondents favoring the move. Additionally, a report on Friday revealed that Neuralink has shifted its incorporation to Nevada from Delaware, as confirmed by the office of the Nevada secretary of state and a memo to shareholders at the company. In a post on X on Saturday morning, Musk urged other companies to follow suit with Neuralink.

He has also mentioned that the initial users of Neuralink, including the first patient, will be individuals who have lost the use of their limbs. This decision and announcement come in conjunction with Musk’s explanation of his desire for a 25% voting share at Tesla, with his aim being to act as an effective steward of powerful technology.
