The theft of a vehicle is already a senseless act, but stealing and attempting to flee in what is arguably the most attention-grabbing vehicle in the world is doubly foolish. This was the case recently in Lincoln, Delaware, where a 41-year-old man stole a Tesla Cybertruck. The authorities discovered that the stolen vehicle was a 2024 Tesla Cybertruck with temporary New Jersey registration.
Luckily, the owner was able to track the Cybertruck, enabling the authorities to quickly locate it. The suspected thief ultimately surrendered, perhaps realizing that it would be nearly impossible to blend in with the crowd in an all-electric pickup truck. It is clear that the individual made a series of poor choices when deciding to steal the Cybertruck.
