The United States Federal Communication Commission (FCC) has given approval for SpaceX’s next-generation Starlink dish to be used on moving vehicles. This advancement follows FCC’s earlier approval in September 2023 for SpaceX to operate static Starlink dishes. Starlink internet services are known for providing connectivity to remote areas worldwide, such as the Amazon and Fiji islands.
Indonesia is the most recent addition to the list of countries where Starlink has been introduced.
