Elon Musk’s X platform has received an inquiry from the United States House of Representatives regarding its actions in Brazil. Musk shared this news in a post on X, stating that there were hundreds if not thousands of violations of Brazilian law.
He described the situation as “getting spicy.” This tweet was dated April 11, 2024.
Previously, Musk had noted that the Brazilian Supreme Court had ordered X to suspend the accounts of sitting members of the Brazilian Parliament and numerous journalists. Musk believes that Judge Moraes has violated Brazilian law in doing so.
In response, Moraes has initiated an investigation into Elon Musk related to this matter.
