Tesla is expanding its workforce in Fremont by moving 1,500 employees to new offices at 6800 and 6900 Dumbarton Circle in Fremont. The two buildings total about 230,000 square feet.
The expansion was reported by George Avalos of the Bay Area News Group.
While currently most of Tesla’s presence in Fremont is at the production plant, this new expansion increases Tesla’s presence beyond manufacturing in Fremont.
Tesla states that the new Fremont office will house employees from energy, sales, service, marketing, along with general and administrative.
