Tesla's Not So Well Kept Secret Card
Siddharth Dalal (Seeking Alpha) gives the case that the stationary storage market is large enough to add significant valuation to Tesla. He links to an interesting slide stating that the stationary storage market could be a $400B market by 2020.

Firmware 6.0 beta screenshots
Last week screenshots of the Model S 6.0 firmware were leaked on teslamotorsclub.com. 6.0 is a long overdue update that promised real-time traffic-based navigation. Other features appear to include the ability to remote start you car from your phone, name your car, and navigate to addresses from your phone's calendar.
Model S Owners Take Out Ad In Palo Alto Daily
Elon Musk tweeted an ad taken out in the Palo Alto daily by two Model S owners from New York. The ad contained several suggestions for Model S upgrades and features. Elon Musk tweeted "many of the suggestions will be implemented soon." Some of the suggestions include: blind spot monitor, voice activated dialing, redesigned cup holder, and advertising.

Global Equities Research updates TSLA PT to $385
Last Sunday evening Global Equities Research (Trip Chowdhry) updated their 12-18 month price target for TSLA to $385. In the report summary, the analyst notes that the Tesla factory will soon reach 800 cars/week with their newly revamped lines and will likely reach 1000 cars/week within 4-6 weeks. He also notes that there's a section on the second floor set aside to assemble stationary storage.

Tesla Signs Deal With China Unicom on Charging Points
Tesla just signed an agreement with China Unicom to build 400 charging points (I'm assuming high power wall connectors) and 20 Supercharger stations. This is great news and helps broaden the appeal of the Model S in China.
Beyond the Supercharger: Tesla’s Other Charging Network
The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday about Tesla's rollout of a partner charging network of high power wall chargers provided for free by Tesla to hotels, restaurants, etc. Currently there are 106 available. China Weighs $16 Billion Car-Charging Fund
Bloomberg reports an unnamed source claiming that China is considering as much as $16 billion in government funding to build electric vehicle charging facilities. Since this isn't confirmed, it remains just a rumor for now. But if China does make an aggressive investment like this then it could spur electric car demand in China significantly. From January to July of this year, there were 17,499 pure EVs produced in China.
